For any part of the body, the hair should be 1/4 in long or the length of a grain of rice. This is typically three weeks of hair growth. If the hair grows longer there is no need to trim prior to the appointment.

A gentle exfoliation 1 day prior to your appointment will breakdown and loosen any built up dead skin cells around the base of the hair
Wear loose fitting clothing
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment
Tylenol or ibuprofen is helpful for some 30 minutes prior

Yes! You may experience more sensitivity while waxing during your cycle but that is normal and common. If you choose not to wax on your monthly cycle please plan your appointments accordingly. If that time is unpredictable, please wait to schedule until after it is over to avoid cancellations.

Taking antibiotics or topical acne medications such as but not limited to:
Retinols
Epiduo
Differin
Alpha Hydroxy Acids
Etc.
Can cause skin sensitivity and skin to lift when waxed. You must be off Accutane for 6 months before waxing.

Yes! keep in mind you may experience more sensitivity than usual when getting waxed.

Brow & Lash FAQs

Brow lamination is a perm like treatment for your brows. This allows us to realign the eyebrow hairs to crate a bold and fuller look. This treatment takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. Your eyebrows should be kept dry after treatment.With correct care the results last 6-8 weeks. Wax and tint is included in this service but can be done without tint if not desired. Maintenance is necessary to condition the brows and achieve long lasting results.

A lash lift is an all natural semi-permanent procedure that boosts the natural lashes from the root giving them a fuller, lifted and lengthened appearance. They are low maintenance and results can last up to 6-8 weeks.

Once you have arrived to the building, walk to your right until you see suite 3. Each suite is labeled at the top of their doors. Please do not knock on the door, your service provider will open to the door to bring you in.
