Late/Cancellation Policies:
We require a 24+ hour notice for canceling and rescheduling. Less then 24 hour notice will result in a 50% of your appointment total charge to your card on file. All appointments booked online require a credit card to hold the appointment. Your card is held on file in the event of a no-show/cancelation. Your card on file does not need to be used the same day of your appointment.
You are able to make changes to your appointment through the link sent to your phone. Within 24 hour mark of your appointed time, you will not be able to make changes to that appointment. To cancel within 24 hours you can text Allissa at 716-597-6101.
These polices are in place to protect the business. We respect your time so please respects ours!
Late policy
Arrival 9 or more minutes past scheduled appointment time is considered a cancelled appointment because the service can not be completed within the time left in the scheduled appointment.
Late clients that can not be accommodated will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.

All no shows will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
